  • Email me to arrange a 15 minute free consultation to see if we are a match.

  • I take the following insurances through Headway:

    • Aetna,

    • Ambetter

    • Cigna,

    • Premera Blue Cross

    • Regence Blue Shield of WA

    • Carelon Behavioral Health

    • Quest Behavioral Health

    My Out of Network/Cash Pay fees :

    $150 per 60 min

    $120 per 45 min

    $ 90 per 30 min

    Sliding Scale available

    I can provide you with a super bill to send to your insurance company.

  • Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance are subject to a $50 cancellation fee

  • In-Person:

    Saturdays from 12 to 5 pm

  • Mondays from 3pm to 7pm

    Tuesdays from 11am to 4pm

    Fridays from 11am to 4pm
